Could we have a feature that shows the xth digit of the password?
Often secure sites like banks ask us to provide certain characters of our password - for example entering the second and sixth digit.
When you have a long password this can be tricky to count. I was wondering if 1Password might add a feature to enable this easily? Perhaps when you select the password, an optional count could be shown above it to show which number each character is. That way it'd be easy to read off e.g. The 10th and 15th character.

This exists.
In 1PW mini or the extension, click to open, hover the mouse over the item to view the entry. Then, where it says Copy to the right of the password, click on the down arrow and choose the Large Type option.
Hope that's clear.

It does exist on Mac, as danco alluded to. Hopefully we can bring it to iOS in the future as well. :)

Dear Team
I am a relatively new user and tenuously trying to become competent with 1 Password so be gentle with me. For the most part I am on top of things but really struggling with one specific issue.
As UK banks attempt to bolster their security they are moving to the multiple page log on and asking for the x'th xx'th and the xxx'th character of one of many security strings. In the case of my bank (Santander) I have:
a. A Customer ID (10 characters) - stored in 1 Password and auto fills OK, but on the second page it will ask for 3 or 4 positional characters from it
b. Security Number (5 characters) - I get asked for 3 positional characters
c. Password (15 characters) - stored in 1 Password and auto fills OKIs there anyway to optimise the current 1Password to (both for the IOS and Mac versions) to assist in the log in process - as I really struggling here and it is compromising the utility of the 1Password, to the point where I am on the cusp of giving up? Advice and a link to the specific help/guide sheet would be most appreciated.
It is clear from the few relevant threads on here that the Agilebits team recognise the issue and that there may be developments of the software. What are the plans and when are they likely to be released - ish?
I am using the app downloaded from the App store for my IPhone/iPad and iMac. I am located in the UK and use an English (UK) keyboard on the iMac.
I would be most grateful for help here. :-)

The Large Type feature on Mac may help here.

We don't typically share this type of information. Sorry. Future features are generally kept close to the chest at least until they are in beta. And we don't announce "release dates."

Thank you for your candour Ben. This effectively means I cannot log onto my bank account on my IOS devices because once into the bank log on screens I cannot view my security number and or password within the 1Password app.
Have you any suggestions for me other than to use my iMac?

Have you tried tapping on the key icon in 1Browser and then tapping on the "i" icon next to the item in question?

Hi Ben - apologies for the delay and thanks for your help.
Tapping on the key icon in 1Browser and then tapping on the 'i' icon does not resolve the problem because it does not offer the 'saved form details' - this is where the additional authentication fields are stored that I need to refer to, in order to complete the log in and verification process on the banking app.
At the moment the only way I can log into my bank is to have two sessions of 1Password running, one on my iPhone and one on my iPad, I use the iPhone to read the saved form details and the iPad to log onto the banking app. It works but is hardly satisfactory.
Best Regards

I see; thanks NormanB. Something we can look into for the future.
