Trouble with app and finding documentation
Yeah, I get it, as they say. I know you are putting out documentation. The problem is I'm really stupid and I don't care. I just want this thing to work immediately. So I finally found the guide and read through it and it still doesn't work. I can't find the extension for my browser, Firefox, though it is in there. I just don't know where it is.
Will you please create a desktop video (Squarespace techies do it all the time) about how to log into a typical website after you've installed 1password?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with 1Password. We do have quite some documentation in place, I'm sorry ti wasn't easier for you to find but the general site if you ever need it is: https://support.1password.com.

Keep in mind that you also need the full app installed to be able to use the extension :chuffed:

Thanks for your very quick reply. I just didn't make the connection to realize that you just click the appropriate button on the 1password app to connect to a password-protected page. This thing works really well! A tiny video showing it in regular ordinary use would have helped me a lot.
