  • Hi @Nante,

Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble.

Just to confirm: are you using Dropbox to sync your data, or do you have a 1Password.com subscription account?

Is there any data that you've entered on the iPad Pro but does not appear on your other devices?

    Please let us know.

    Ben

1 - When I first installed 1Password I specified Dropbox. Some time later on I setup a 1Password.com subscription. I do not recall deleting the Dropbox setup. My iPhone does accept my password.
2 - Yes, I have entered data on my iPad that that appears on my iMac and iPhone.
    Comment:
In the meantime I send an email to your support stating that I want to drop my 1Password.com account and switch to iCloud.
I suggested deleting 1Password on my iMac and installing a new copy of 1Password.
I did print out my Login information, about 2 pages, and will reenter it manually after reinstallation.
I asked for instruction which version to reinstall, the one from agile bits or from the Apple App library.
You talk about 1Password and 1Password for Mac, are there 2 versions?
My 1Password 6 was an upgrade and I still have license key so I should not not have to pay again.
That approach seems to me to cleanest approach and would get rid of left-overs from prior setup changes and upgrades.
I then would follow the instruction for an initial setup and make the required changes to my iPad and iPhone, if any.
Should you agree then please send me the required instructions.
If not, what other options do I have?
    Thank you for your interest,
    Nante

    Cancel my request for support.
I will stay with my 1Password Account.
    I solved my iPad problem.
I deleted the App, reinstalled it and 1Password is now working fine on all three devices.
    Thanks for your support.

  • Thanks for the update @Nante. :)
