1Password not sync between different family member or devices

Very difficult to explain in full details because very inconsistency. In general, no problem between MacOS and iPhone of the same person. However, not between multiple family members. Also, not between iOS and Windows 10.

  • Hi @iceycake! I'm sorry to hear about the issues with 1Password Families. I'd be happy to investigate things. Let's start with the inconsistencies. Could you please try adding a new item on each of your family member's devices? Put it in the Shared vault so you can check it from any member's account. Then look for it on the other devices. If it doesn't sync on one of them, please could you please create a Diagnostics Report from that device?
