Some team members don't seem to be getting updated info in their vaults after password changed

Some of my team members are finding that they have outdated info in their vault and when they are attempting to login to sites they are being provided an old password because we changed it and they do not have the new data. This can be days after the password has changed.

    Hi @jcobb! Sorry about that. I'd like to get a bit more information from one of their devices. Could you please create a Diagnostics Report from one of their devices that isn't syncing?
