Unable to print document on website from 1Password

I accessed Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield website from within 1Password and attempted to print a document from their website and was unable to do so. I have an HP DeskJet 3755 printer and I am using the HP e-print application on my iPad Pro. I then opened the BCBS website within Safari and I was able to print the document out. My software and applications are all updated. Any ideas?

I'd recommend using Safari to do so. :) Fortunately we have a really convenient 1Password extension that works with Safari:

Use the 1Password extension to fill in Safari and apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
