Purchase Order ID: MGN84LVVWH, receipt No.145046357890 - I need to reinstall 1P on my MacBook after a system failure, but my account password cannot be found. Original purchase ordering details as shown above.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble using 1Password after resetting your computer. Could you please send us an email to support+licenses@agilebits.com from the email that you used to get 1Password originally? That would be great! Given that you have the Purchase Order and Receipt, if you could forward the email where you have that information when you write to us that would help us sort things out faster!
