Hi,

i have problems with the following website "winfuture.de" and "winfuture.mobi"

I have created a 1Password Account for my family with one login.
This login is shared to 1Password V6 for Windows and ios.

From the Website and 1Password V6 for windows the login works without problems but on my ios device i can't log in "wrong credentials"????
The Login is on all devices Up2Date. The password for the login is 100% the same on all devices.

I just do not understand....
Can you help me?

Best Regards

@Sunshine: First of all, please be aware that both of these URLs are insecure. I wasn't able to load the site via HTTPS. I've also moved this discussion to the browser filling category of the forums.

Otherwise, I didn't have and trouble saving and filling here. I'm wondering if you perhaps have a longer password than the mobile site supports, which is causing it to fail on iOS. Can you tell me which browser you're using and the exact steps you're taking? Thanks in advance!

    Hello @Sunshine,

It's great to hear brenty's suggestion helped. About a year ago (I think) I had a lot of trouble with one site. The same login details were required for two different servers and they had different password limitations. So after much cursing I finally managed to reduce the password to something both would accept. Then I added their iOS app to the mix and it was even more limiting and required multiple changes to figure out why. I'm usually quite a calm person but it's fair to say my statements were only suitable for certain audiences at that point.

Don't get me wrong, there are things we must be able to do in 1Password to help but each individual site also has to take responsibility to make password requirements clear and many don't.
