wrong email/can't sign in
I can't sign into my account. I am asked for an account key, which I don't have but I do have a key I was given at purchase, three years ago. I have tried all known and remembered emails but to no avail....alas, I am at a lose

I'm very sorry for the confusion with 1Password and the different ways in which it works. If you got 1Password about 3 years ago then you don't have an account. Accounts are part of the new subscription service that started earlier this year, what you have is a standalone license.
