Suspended Users: What access do they have?

The Users Manual states:
Suspended. A user in this state cannot sign in to access any new items or changes to existing ones. You can move them back to Active status at any time, or suspending them becomes the first step to permanent deletion of their account. This worries me because of "access any new items or changes to existing ones" Can they see and use any of the information/data that they had access to before suspension?

    Hi @LoriSiedenstrang! Great question. They can't see their existing items either. When their account is suspended, they'll see something like this, depending on which app they are using:

    If they try to sign in from their browser, they will get a "User is suspended" error and won't be able to sign in or access their account. Hope that helps! :)
