iPhone won't update to 6.4.5

My iPhone shows version 6.4.4 when looking at App Store / Updates. If I click on touch on the icon, the App Store shows v 6.4.5 and the only option is Open. Seems like something is hosed.
Deleting it from my phone and reinstalling it won't affect my 1Password.com pw's will it?

Thanks for taking the time to write in.

Deleting and reinstalling the app will not affect any data that you can see on 1Password.com. It will delete any vaults that are not on 1Password.com.
