Help! Trying to upgrade 1P from v4 to 6 on new Mac HD
Hi ~ I upgraded my Mac HD. When I did, I could no longer access 1P. A prior post to yr support page recommended upgrading 1P (indeed, I still had v4), so I followed instructions to move 1P v4 to trash, then go to agilebits website to download the most recent for Mac. I went through the steps, then tried to launch it. The msg I'm getting now is "looking for the 1P app. the 1P app must be installed for the extension to work properly." I don't know what to do next, but need my 1P!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with 1Password. Could you please Search for "1Password" on your applications folder and move to the trash the all the versions of the app that you can find. Then empty the trash can, restart your computer and try download 1Password again? Please let us know if this helps you get 1Password working again and what you find out :chuffed:
