@dpolevoy: I'm not sure how or why, but you have a very old version of 1Password installed. To my knowledge, issues with 1Password 4 have never come up before because 1Password 6 is a free upgrade. Please drag any copies of 1Password to the Trash (your data is separate), restart your Mac, and then install the current version (6.3.4 at the time of this writing) from your purchase history in the App Store. I hope this helps. Be sure to let me know if you have any other questions! :)

@brenty Free upgrade? Are you sure?
Here is a screen with my prev purchasing (1Password 4) and screen with 1Password 6 without free updates (in purchase history I don't have any updates because you created new page for version 6 and delated page with version 4 ;-)0 -
Version 6 of 1PW for Mac is definitely a free upgrade from 1PW 4 for Mac.
I am not sure if you were looking at the right purchase page, as it says that the type is iOS App when it should be an OS X App. It might be a confusion on your part, or it might be on Apple's (at one point they definitely gave a receipt for Mac app purchases from the iTunes store).
I am not familiar with the currency you paid in, but it does look as though the purchase shown was the iOS version, not the Mac version. Notice the considerable difference in price (you paid 62 and are being asked 260), which does suggest that this is what is going on.
Hope this gives you a clue. If not, others will have to make further suggestions.

@dpolevoy: I just wanted to add that some folks have multiple Apple IDs, so you may want to check your records to make sure you're using the right one in the Mac App Store if you've purchased 1Password there already. In that case, they should definitely allow you to download the app again at no charge. You'll have received an email receipt regardless of where or when you purchased, so be sure to look there. It will tell you the correct Apple ID. And of course if it's still not working, Apple will be able to get that sorted out for you. Cheers! :)
