Did a couple of Bkups b4 the clean install of Sierra. Now after choosing one, I am informed I will need to manually restart the application. I do this and still have an empty vault. Tried several times with different the different .zip files I obtained b4 the upgrade.

    Hi @jnaylor01

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble restoring your back up! Do you happen to remember what 1Password version you had when you did the backup? Could you please tell us if you were syncing your data to some other device? If you have the latest data on a phone for example, it would probably be easier for you to set up iCloud Sync instead of restoring the backup :chuffed: If you want to try this, you can find the instructions here: https://support.1password.com/sync-options/

Please let us know if you have any other questions or and if you try iCloud Sync instead :chuffed:
