Today I noticed that there are TWO 1pw buttons in my Safari browser.

Previously there was just one. Where did this second one come from? How do I clear it (and how do I know which one to clear)?

    @editortom: It sounds like Safari may have failed to remove the old version when updating. For some reason, this happens from time to time. The best thing to do would be to remove both manually, update 1Password, restart your Mac, and then install the current 1Password extension:
