I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble updating 1Password. Thank you very much for posting the details about the issue as well as the screenshots, it makes it so much easier for us to pin point the problem and help you :chuffed:

You'll need to follow the instructions on this site to erase some cache that's caused some trouble for a few people.
