Convert Family account to individual - error
I'm trying to convert my family account to an individual account but I keep getting the error:
'Failed to convert to individual account.
Invalid request parameters.'
Can you help? I'm using safari on my iPad to do this, would I be better using a desktop?

My apologies - I stupidly hadn't removed the other family member from the account before converting it. All sorted now!
