I purchased a single version license of 1Password. I downloaded the license and tried to apply it. However, my account is still frozen.

Hi @ksharbers! I'm very sorry for the confusion. A standalone license is different from an account. To activate your account, you need to subscribe from the billing page. The license you purchased is just for the desktop apps. I'd be happy to refund you for it so you can subscribe instead. How's that sound?
