Rate Limiting

Hello,

I just sent an email to support but wanted to post on the forum as well. We just encountered an issue where all of our users are locked out of 1Password for Teams with the message "Too many requests. Try again after 2016-11-01 20:29:50 +0000 UTC”. Is there rate limiting that we need to be aware of? Can this feature be turned off or relaxed? This is currently impacting our business and access to our applications. We need to access our passwords now and not wait for the unlock which is stated to take place tomorrow. All of our office users come from the same external IP.
