    Hi @aklindgren

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with 1Password. Your sync preferences should for sure be kept when you update your OS, could you give us some more details so we can get a better picture? How are you syncing? Is this happening on every system update or only in major ones (El Capitan to Sierra for example)?

I hope to hear back from you soon so we can get this sorted out :chuffed:

I'm using Dropbox for, sync. I know this is the third time I can remember so I assume it's any so update. This should be kept in a plist shouldn't they? If so any update other that 1Password should not affect them should they?

    Hi @aklindgren

It's a weird situation indeed! I had not heard of Sync settings getting removed, and even less repeatedly! I would like to see what's going on inside your 1Password, and for that a Diagnostics Report would be very helpful!

I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)

Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report(s) in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report(s) in our inbox.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report(s) and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)

Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!
