All my passwords are gone.

Hi,
All my passwords have disappeared after I logged onto my app on my iphone. The app is up to date. It asked some weird question which I tried to respond to and it sent me a weird email. I have sent 2 emails via the app for help but no reply. I have contacted Apple which gave me this website. The link on the apple app site on the app ipassword under the app developer takes you to some Facebook site. As it looks dodgy I have started changing all my passwords as a precaution as almost 2 weeks have gone by without any resolution. Very poor support via the app information.

I haven't backed up to the cloud. I back up my phone regularly to my computer via itunes.

The App is called Password Manager Vault-Fingerprint Lock Account Wallet + 1 Secure Password safe Proversion.
