Not showing the right number of data

in iOS

For example,I have 6 inputs, I added a new one. But 6 will not turn 7. It's not showing the correct number of inputs I have. I am using iPhone 7plus.

    It's just the count that is wrong. After I closed the app and relaunched it, the count is right again. I just wonder why the count can't be right right after I added a new data. Thanks
