Hi

Just dowloaded and started a free trial. App is not in applications folder on my Mac but need to start from Downloads each time - pls advise. Thanks

    Hi @daking1

    I'm very sorry to hear that you're having some trouble getting started with 1Password. Could you please tell us what OS version you're running? There was a big change in how Apps are handled in Sierra, so things will vary depending on where you're at :chuffed:

    @daking1: Ah, that's it. Please drag any copies of 1Password to the Trash (this is separate from your data), and then download a fresh copy of 1Password from the AgileBits site and install it:

    1Password downloads
