OS X Login count different to IOS count
Hi,
I've discovered a different counting behavior between the OS X app and the IOS app (v6.4.5).
The OS X app seems to sum up all entries while the IOS app considers only entries which are unique. I've had one duplicate login in, hence the login count differed by exactly 1. After resolving the duplication, both count values are back the same again. Trash bin was empty the whole time and i've manually compared every item in my list, absolutely identical.
Only the counting procedure seems to be different between the apps, which may cause confusion.
Regards

Hi @mitastah,
Thanks for taking the time to contact us about the problem you noticed with the item count in 1Password for iOS! I hope you don't mind, but I've moved this thread to our iOS forum.
There is indeed a known issue with the item count showing the wrong number in 1Password for iOS, but it's not related to whether or not one item is a duplicate of another (a duplicate item has a different UUID than the original item, so it's seen as a completely separate and unique item, even if it has identical information as the original). Instead, the problem is simply that the item count is not refreshing when it should in the iOS app.
You can force the item count to refresh by force-quitting the 1Password app on your iOS device and opening it again. Alternately, if you have multiple vaults in 1Password for iOS, you can make the item count refresh by switching to a different vault, then back to the first one again (to switch vaults, tap the vault icon in the upper left corner of the Categories section, then select a vault from the list). These are workarounds of course - the item count should refresh by itself once our developers fix this.
I apologize for the inconvenience! If you have more questions about that or need anything else, we're here for you. :)
