got a message from google chrome. it says chrome needs to launch an external application to handle onepassword4-extension:links. It goes on to say that if I didn't initiate this, it may represent an attempted attack on my system. I didn't initiate it. What is this about? I use 1password6.

@marylee: Indeed, it sounds like you're trying to use the 1Password browser extension — which is currently at version 4.6.1 — in Chrome. It will need to connect to 1Password to function. Otherwise it won't be able to access any of your data to save or fill logins. Just open 1Password, make sure the codes match between the two to authorize the connection, and you're good to go! :)
