I bought a new IPad Pro and an iPhone 6 Plus. My master password works on both. The pin does not. How can I reset my pin?

    Hi @revabtoll,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in.

    1Password can not unlock with a PIN on Touch ID enabled devices. Instead you can use Touch ID:

    Use Touch ID to unlock 1Password on your iPhone or iPad

    As long as you can login with your Master Password you should be able to access and change these settings. I hope that helps. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.
