6.3.5 is not filling and opening now.
The data is saved, but I need to manually enter info. I am using Safari 10.0.1 with Mac OS Sierra 10.12.1. Another issue is the logins have duplicated themselves, but that isn't a priority right now.

Can I ask, at any point since you updated to 1Password 6.3.5 for Mac have you been asked to authorise/pair the extension with 1Password? If you're not sure our page If you see "1Password requires authorization" in your browser will give you an idea of what it would have looked like.
If you haven't can you try the following for me please.
- Restart your Mac.
- Open 1Password and unlock your vault.
- Open Safari.
If the extension hasn't been paired in the past this should prompt it. If you're still seeing nothing I would like you to send a diagnostic report in please so we can see if we spot anything that might be causing interference. This link will show you how.

I was never asked to pair the extension. I did a restart/open 1Password/open Safari. The "mini" icon at the top does nothing. A diagnostic report has been sent to support.
