I keep getting a message saying unable to verify credentials - email and account key don't match.

Hey @Chrisj3! I'm sorry about that. If the Account Key doesn't match, the sign-in address may be different. Please try signing in from https://my.1password.com in your browser using the Account Key and Master Password from your Emergency Kit. Let us know how that goes. :)

I tried that - I copied and pasted email and account key from my emergency kit and got this message -
Cannot sign in. The email address and Account Key are not correct for jenkinson11050my.1password.com.Could it be anything to do with the fact that I originally had a trial of the family plan and later purchased the individual plan?

@Chrisj3 Thanks for the update. Just to clarify, did you go to https://my.1password.com or "jenkinson11050my.1password.com" as you mentioned in your post? The first one is your sign-in address with an individual account, and the second may have been what you used before (it will no longer work). Since you converted your account, your sign-in address has changed to https://my.1password.com. Let me know if you're able to sign in there. :)

I did all that and logged in on my iMac. However, when I try to use the app on my iPad or iPhone I get the authentication error message. It says email and account key don't match and says that account key should start with letter and numbers that don't match mine.

Good to hear that you are up and running on your Mac :) Now you need to use exactly the same information on your iPad and iPhone, so you should use this URL to login to your 1Password account:
Any other URL will not work to login to your account, including the one you posted above (jenkinson11050my.1password.com), so please make sure that it is entered exactly like this.
