On Mac app account settings "+" button is disabled
I just created an account on 1password.com and now I am trying to set up the Mac app.
I have downloaded the app. When I open the app, it prompts me for my master password, but entering it does not seem to work. I presume this is because I have not yet connected the app to my account on 1password.com
But when I go to the "Accounts" tab of the settings, I can't click the "+" button to add my account.
Please let me know how to proceed. Thanks!

Hi @katherine_paur! Sorry for the confusion. The
+
button is disabled because 1Password needs to be unlocked for you to sign in to an account in the app. If you used 1Password before without an account, please try the Master Password you used. If you don't know it, there isn't a way to reset it, but you can start over with a fresh app where you can sign in to your account and start using 1Password again:How to erase your 1Password data and start over
Let us know how that goes. :)
