Migrating from a Team account to a Family account

I apologize if this has been asked already, however I am long time user of 1Password and back in April I signed up for teams to use with my family. After a short stint using that, my wife never really took to it, and I went back to using my 1password data with a dropbox sync. I have recent started using the 1password account and was showing my wife and she loves it. So I want to sign up for a Family account, however I want to use the team name that I created when I tested back in April. I still have access to that team, albeit it is frozen and read only right now. What would be the steps to migrate that team account to a Family account so I can start using that with my wife?

My current 1password account is in trial and expires in 8 days.
