Hi @gage1991 ,

I'm sorry you are having trouble changing your password. I have a couple things to try:

1. Try your previous master password. If it works, change your master password to the new one that you use on your iPad and iPhone. You can do that in the Preferences under Security.
2. If your old one doesn't work, try your new one again. The password is case-sensitive, so if there are any capital letters, make sure you are typing them as capital here.

If neither of those two work, please let us know if you use a 1password.com account, or use local vaults synced through Dropbox or iCloud.
