I keep getting a message to upgrade or uninstall earlier versions. I am using 6.5

Hi,everytime I open my computer it asks me if I want to upgrade my 1password, I am using 6.5 Also, when asked to add a login i click on unlock and it doesn't do anything

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with 1Password. It sounds to me like both issue might be caused by the same problem: having multiple copies of 1Password installed. Can you please go to Finder and search for "1Password" to see if you have multiple copies of 1Password installed? If you find more than one, please delete the extra copies by moving them to the trash. If one of them is in the applications folder, keep that one :chuffed:
