Open and fill no longer working

For some unknown reason, 1Password will no longer fill in any login/password info into websites configured for login in 1Password Mac.

My usual method is to launch 1Password from the menu bar, find my entry for the website I want to log into in 1Password,
and press the Open and Fill button. I've also tried using the Chrome extension and clicking the 1Password icon and then
clicking on the website login name to no avail.

1Password on my iPhone has no issues in this regard.

Any suggestions?

    Just found that the issue was with the "Cannot verify browser" message. Quit Chrome and restarted, all is well.

    Good to hear that you figured it out, unfortunately Chrome updates itself while running which invalidates its own code signature. We make use of the code signature to verify that the application we're communicating with isn't being modified nefariously out from under itself. The way to resolve it is to simply restart the browser in question if it is one of those browsers that updates itself while its still running.
