iPhone using v.6.4.5 and Mac using v.6.3.5 using DropBox synch are not synching

Disabled and reenabled synch on iphone but no luck. Changes on iPhone not reflected on Mac and vis-a-versa. Confirmed that both apps are pointing to the same file in DropBox. No clue as to what else to do.
