Removing duplicates after moving to family vault

I have a duplicate of all my data, despite (I believe) following the instructions to delete old vault data after moving to . How can I delete the copies I don't need - I have 800+ items now and need to lose half of these!

  • Hi @blitheoptimist,

    I would first double check that those items are all in the same vault and that you don't have a Primary Vault sticking around. If they are all indeed in your Personal/Shared vault that is part of your family account then I would double check to see if there is an import tag listed in the sidebar that would indicate a direct import of items into your family Personal/Shared vaults. Failing that I'm afraid you'd have to go through the vault and select the items you want to delete and then delete them.
