Old Mac defunct -- Loaded 1P 2x on new Mac, won't accept 1P credentials. Emailed 1P, no reply. Help!
I have a new Mac -- loaded 1P successfully. When I try to login and sync, I'm told to verify my account. I have my email address and lic rep, but nothing is working. I emailed 1P 2 days ago, no reply. Very frustrating. What can I do?

We read the email, and have a question. We have several devices using 1P, but only one device is not working/synced with the others. How can this be?
