Executing a site attempts to load incorrect log-on data.

I have 2010 Mac Pro recently upgraded to Sierra. Some the logins and passwords look fine but when I execute the address it does not contain the proper login and password. In one case just now it opened my daughters login and password on my Chase acct. I have 1Password on my iMac and iPhones and it seems to be working fine on those. The version I've got installed on my Mac Pro is 6.5.1.

Never had problems with you product prior. Can you help????

    @rdstoy: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble! You left out the extension version, so I wonder if you haven't installed it yet. Please get it from our site:
