How is this UI Label created?

I'm a long time 1Password user, on all platforms, but today I was looking at your marketing pages, which included the attached picture. I have never seen UI elements like the "Personal", "Important" or "Work" labels in the picture, even though I use tags and multiple vaults.

So I'm stumped. What are those labels and how are they created?! Thanks.

    @ings: Ah... Those are tags, and a really cool layout we've experimented with. Sadly, it wasn't a good fit in the app itself, so we've gone back to the drawing board. Hopefully we'll be able to do something slick like that in a future version though. Thanks for the poke! :)
