Issue with Outsourced site and popover logins?
I've come across this issue with Mediafour.com which actually uses ZenDesk for their support. When I want to save a login, 1Password wants to save the Login as ZenDesk when the site is Mediafour.
Second issues, and I don't know if it is a Mediafour or a ZenDesk issue, but the popover login can't be filled by 1Password Extension 4.6.2.
support.mediafour.com/hc/en-us
My PC is down at the moment, destabilised by Mediafour's MacDrive 10. I've contacted them and await their reply.
1Password Version: 1Password 6.1.308d

Hello @wkleem,
A Login item saved for that page should have two website fields
- http://support.mediafour.com/hc/en-us
- https://mediafour.zendesk.com/auth/v2/login/signin?return_to=http://support.mediafour.com/hc/en-us&theme=hc&locale=1&brand_id=206714&auth_origin=206714,true,false
The reason is that while the main page may be showing http://support.mediafour.com the login form itself is coming from https://mediafour.zendesk.com hence the Zendesk connection. If the Zendesk URL isn't in a website field it won't fill the IFrame so both are important. When 1Password 6 for Windows offers to save and you let it does the item contain two website fields?

Hi
I've been declining the prompt to save logins. After saving and looking at the logins, right clicking on the saved login from 1Password Extension does show the two websites as you stated.

Hello @wkleem,
Did this new Login item work or are you still experiencing issues with this site?

Hi
I had been confused as I had a 5 year old login and a new, current, login with different email. The old login appears to have become deactivated but the new login works.

Hi,
Having revisited the Mediafour website, it has own, distinct, general and support logins. They are not interchangeable as fas as I can tell.

One site with two logins, like Agilebits?
One of their logins is http not https.

I guess I can't tease them for having multiple logins then... ;)
But HTTP is pretty terrible. Sending login credentials in the clear is never a good idea. :dizzy:

Thanks Brent. I will have to attempt to resave logins.

It never hurts to try to stick an S in there. On many sites this works. ;)
