Signing in for the first time on a mac - Won't connect to Server

I'm trying to sign in for the first time on the 1pass app for mac, but it keeps saying this 'The server at the address provided is unreachable.
Please make sure the address is correct or contact support.'

I'm sure all of the information is correct, and I have the newest version. Please help...

    @1PassSupportQuestion: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble! Unfortunately without some basic information it's hard to say what might be going wrong and how we might right it! Please tell me the OS, 1Password, and browser versions you're using, the exact steps you're taking, and what is (or is not) happening the way you expect so we can figure out the best plan of action:

    Find your version

    The more information you can give, the better. For instance, what is the address you're having trouble with? Are you able to visit other sites? It sounds like this may actually be a browser or internet issue. Thanks in advance! :)
