Hi @pwj! If you already have a subscription account, you can upgrade to a family by signing in to your account at https://my.1password.com, clicking your name in the top right, and choosing Invite People.
If you purchased 1Password a while back, you didn't get an account with the subscription service. Learn more about the difference between a 1Password subscription and a standalone license, and create a family account instead. You can then move your existing data to it and start sharing with your family. Hope this helps! :)
