Credentials messed up

I recently upgraded to a Family account and in the process must have messed up my credentials. Now when I try to sign in on the website I get the message, "unable to verify credentials - email and account key don't match." I have two Emergency kits for some reason with different account keys but neither of them work. I am now locked out.
