Syncing working between IOS devices but not to and from Mac

in Mac

I sync through Dropbox and have never had problems but lately anything I edit in my mac does not show up in my phone or iPad and vice versa. But if I make any changes on my phone, it will show up in my iPad and anything on iPad will show up on phone. Not sure what changed but is there an easy fix for the Mac?
