iOS 10.1.1 does not sync properly

Hi, just installed Dropbox and 1 Password on a new iPhone 7+ running iOS 10.1.1 I am synching the keychain via dropbox. After synching, the phone did not show all categories. In "all items" I could find all items, but if I wanted to open, for example, secure notes, it was not possible and all pdf attachments could not be seen. Others like specific Credit cards could be opened and the basic information was there but again, no attachments visible. In iTunes I deleted both apps and installed them again - same result. For the fun of it I tried it on my daughters iPhone 5 running iOS 10.1.1. - same result as on my iPhone 7+. I have two screenshots, first is from my MBP ( same screen on my iMac and mini iPad ( mini iPad running iOS 9.3.5 ). Never had an issue before using iOS 10, as can be seen with my mini iPad running iOS 9.3.5
Any ideas how to get this fixed are highly appreciated. Thx. Michael

    Reinstalled both apps again last night and this morning all was OK. Seems to have been just a sync time issue.
    Sorry to bother everyone.

    It's not bother at all! Thanks for the update. I'm glad to hear that all is well again!

    From your description, it sounds like you may have run into a bug with the display not updating immediately. We're working on a fix for that. Be sure to let us know if you encounter any further issues!
