Unable to see 2nd vault on new iPhone 7

Just set up my iPhone 7 and transferred my data from my iPhone 6 backup on my PC and updated the iPhone 7 to IOS 10.1.1 . Whereas I used to be able to view both of my 1Password vaults on my iPhone 6 by signing into my Primary vault using my Master Password, now I can only see the Primary vault data and none of my second vault data. When I go into Settings/Vaults, I only see "Primary".

I also have 1Password for Windows (4.6.1.616) which I sync with Dropbox.
