Safari Dual screen bug

I use an additional external screen with my MacBook, and experience a pretty annoying bug when using the 1Password extension in Safari in full screen mode (Safari 10.0.1).
As you can see on this screenshot, the right part is my external monitor, the left part is my MacBook screen. When clicking the 1Password extension in full screen on my external monitor, the pop up appears on my MacBook screen instead of on the external monitor (Chrome doesn't have this issue, but than again Chrome extensions are on the right)

The issue even persists if I switch them around (external monitor left, and MacBook on the right) as you can see on this screenshot

    Thanks for taking the time to write in! This issue has been seen before, but is a bit elusive. We do continue to investigate this issue but do not have a solution at this time.
