I can't update 1Password. I get an error which reads "NSURL ErrorDomain error -1012

I have an iMac Retina 5K running MacOS Sierra V10.12.1 and I get the error when I select Check for Updates in 1Password.

1Password Version: 6.3.3
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: MacOS Sierra V10.12.1
Sync Type: Dropbox
Referrer: forum-search:can't update

    Hello @robinp,

    I am sorry for the inconvenience! There was an issue with the Globalsign CA over a month ago and, apparently, some people still experience the aftermath.

    Please try to clear the cache on your Mac as suggested here and check if you can update 1Password.

    You can read the discussion of this issue in our Windows forums. It seems that clearing the cache did the trick for John in a different thread.
