Why is 1P suddenly asking for an old password?
Earlier today, I opened 1P. It requested my Master password, which I typed in 3 times, but 1P rejected it each time. Then it offered me a hint for an old password. I didn't proceed any further. Instead, I came to the AgileBits site, read about how 1P is virtually hack-proof and poked around the knowledge base; however, I didn't find anything that applied to my situation. In creating an account, to ask this question, 1P offered to create a new login and asked me to enter my Master password. I entered the old password that was hinted at earlier, and 1P opened. Why did 1P suddenly go back to an old Master password?

Hi @liz_wagner,
Thanks for taking the time to write in.
That is indeed fairly strange, and we'd like to help you try and get to the bottom of it.
I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices:
- Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)
- Sending Diagnostics Reports (iOS)
- Sending Diagnostics Reports (Windows)
- Sending Diagnostics Reports (Android)
You didn't mention which devices you have 1Password on, so I've included links to instructions for all of our supported platforms.
Attach the Diagnostics Reports to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
In your email please include:
- A link to this thread:
https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/72769/
- Your forum handle:
liz_wagner
so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Reports in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report(s) and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!
Ben
P.S. Please don't forget to post the support ID here!

Not sure if this is relevant, but it is worrisome. I created a Groupon login on Nov 7, 2016. I never changed it. Yesterday, I tried logging in, and I had a problem. I tried a little later, and got in. Now I can't get in at all, either on my iPad or desktop.
Groupon has a Captcha sequence. When I use the sign link in 1P, it automatically fills, and then submits the info, preventing me from first completing the Captcha sequence and successfully logging in. Shall I reset my password, or do you prefer that I leave it alone for now?

I've sent you two emails but haven't received a response from you on either. Could you please confirm if you are getting our messages?
