How do I save username, password, + some other item in the form
I have a few systems that i log into that require username, password and some other item. This used to work OK, but in the later versions of 1password, it seems to skip the other item. I can see it saved OK in the web form details, but it doesn't get populated when i try to populate the form. Only the username and password are populated.
I use a MacBook with Sierra OS.

If you're finding a page no longer fills can you try creating a new Login item please using the steps outlined on our page How to save a Login manually in your browser. Changes in 6.5 could potentially lead to a few previously saved Login items no longer filling properly but longer term 1Password will fill better in many places where it didn't. Sadly the changes couldn't be achieved without breaking a few existing Login items, something we try to limit but couldn't avoid.
