If I already have a single user license, do I still need to pay for iOS app to enable Pro features?
I'm noticing 2 things: that there is nowhere to add the details of my license, AND I am unable to use Pro features. Are these two separate purchases?

The basic iOS version is free (so no licence required; also App Store purchases, whether Mac or iOS, never have licences as they are tied to the Apple ID).
The Pro version is an in-app purchase. This is separate from the licence for the Mac.
You should take a look at the newish subscription model, though you may well want to stick with what you have. See https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/68576/whats-the-difference-between-a-1password-subscription-and-a-standalone-license#latest for more info.

@goodson_jonathon: Indeed, iOS apps don't use licenses; rather, the purchase is tied to your Apple ID. If you mean Software License items though, the basic free version of 1Password for iOS allows creation of Logins, Secure Notes, Identities, and Credit Card items; so Software Licenses and other types can only be created with the Pro Features (included as part of a subscription). I hope this helps. Be sure to let me know if you have any other questions! :)
